Passport 

• Original Passport as well as all old passports

• Passport should have a minimum of 2 blank pages

• Passport should be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of travel

Financial Documents

• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for last 6 months on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer showing that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in Spain.

Self-Employed Professional / Businessman

• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for last 6 months on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer showing that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in Spain.

• Original Company Current Bank Account Statement for last 6 months on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer showing that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in Spain.

• Income tax returns for the past two to three years to demonstrate your financial stability.

• Proof of business ownership such as business registration documents and business letter head etc

• Chamber of Commerce Certificate if you have a membership with Chamber of Commerce.

• Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case the applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)

Employed

• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for last 6 months on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer showing that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in Spain.

• Last 3 months’ salary slips

• Personal Income Tax Returns for last 3 Assessment years or Tax Deduction Certificate

• Visiting card and Employee ID card (company card) copy

• FRC  Family Registration Certificate

• MRC Marriage Registration Certificate (In case you are traveling with your spouse)
